what a day.

Well it’s been quite an evening, and I swear this time...it wasn’t my fault. It all started around 4:00 when I left my apartment. I went to Borders and picked up a few last
minute gifts. Actually this part was good...it really started to pick up when I got to the airport. I arrived at about 5:45, early as usual. When I got to the gate I realized that there were a lot of people there...which means one thing. The previous plane is late. I don’t know why I continue to fly Airtran, I guess the main reason is because they have the most affordable business class tickets available, I don’t know. Anyways, fast
forward to 8:30, I am still sitting at the gate waiting for the plane to board. So we finally take off at about 9. Long story short, I ended up missing my connection to Washington D.C. So I am posting this from a hotel in Atlanta, luckily I don’t have to pay for the hotel!

Anyways that’s my Christmas traveling story.

Attached a picture where I spent 4 hours of my life that I will never be able to get back :(

today

Sorry for the lack of updates, it’s just been really really busy. I am leaving the house at 8 in the morning, for the most part, and not getting home until after 9 this week. Not to mention trying to fulfill my unhealthy obsession with Season 4, of the show “24.”
There just aren’t enough hours in the day!
Going to see Narnia tonight!

work

A new pic of my office. This is where I work!

christmas tree lighting

Our church played a large role in the Sugar Land Christmas tree lighting ceremony last thursday night. We supplied the large video screens, the orchestra, and a lot of other things. We also gave out over 3,000 of those nice silver and black traveler coffee mugs. Complete with invitations to our Christmas services.

mondays...

Great day today. Work was great, as usual. College service rocked. Although it's cold here in Houston, so it's a little weird.

worship night

Wow.
Worship Night was awesome.
I don’t have any pictures, but I wish I did.
We practiced for almost three hours today. That’s a long time.
Check out Hillsong United’s song called “Tell The World.” You will like it.

saturday and sunday

Weekend!!! Fun Stuff.
Jordan, Matt and I went to Guitar Center and got some new Evans heads for the truth custom kit (which I love). I spent the afternoon at the LYF center (Sugar Creek’s youth facility) putting the new heads on and making some adjustments for Sunday night. We are having another Worship Night, we are doing like 14 songs, so it should be really cool. I slept in until 9 this morning, and actually got to clean my apartment. I’ve been out of town for a better part of the last 3 weeks, so I really needed to do some laundry too. And I also got to talk to one of my best friends in the world, Ryan Walker tonight, it was great as always!! Big day tomorrow, have a great night!
